Phase III will transform the Online Catalogue into an interactive educational resource. This will develop the study of ceramics as a new way of understanding the past, and will disseminate this knowledge to both scholars and lifelong learners in the world of higher education.

The learning components will consist of 15/30-minute study modules, to be used as adjuncts to face-to-face teaching. Internet users will be encouraged to follow up their online studies with a visit to the Museum, in order to gain first-hand experience of the collection. Training and professional development will be an important part of this phase.
