  • Description: Round plate. Straight-sided, upturned rim. Underglaze blue decoration. In the well, a Transitional style landscape with two figures surrounded by a double line. The Kraak style border divided into panels with alternating designs of figures in a landscape and a floral scroll.

    Open shapes with Transitional designs are relatively uncommon; this arrangement in the Kraak style appears to be unrecorded.
